Artwork Specifications

Art is accepted in eps format for AdobeIllustrator or Photoshop for PC. When using a vector program please convert your fonts to outlines. Low resolution jpgs are not acceptable, all jpgs must be 300 dpi or higher. If image is scanned or created with a digital camera, RGB files must be converted to CMYK files. Changes or corrections to your artwork or custom artwork will be billed at 75.00 v. per hour with notification prior to beginning. Art E-mail address is matt@seedcards.com.

Production Time

Standard production time is 7-14 days from receipt of proof approval. Other factors include quantity, stock and order volume as most items are handmade. Please call for current production times.

Proofs

Proof approval is required on all orders. Proofs will be emailed in PDF or jpeg format depending on file size. Two email proofs are included, three or more will incur a 20.00 v charge per proof. Proofs can be
approved by email or fax.

Samples

Free samples are available upon request (limited quantities). Excessive samples will be charged as an order. Please provide a Fed Ex or UPS # for expedited samples. Send sample requests to sandra@seedcards.com.

 

Rush Orders

Rush orders are available, one week or less for 40.00 v. minimum, plus any other charges we may incur, such as expediting dies etc.

 

Cancellations

Order cancellations must be submitted in writing. If the order has been printed, customer will be responsible for charges incurred.

Returns

Open and inspect your shipment as soon as it is received. Returns will be accepted up to 30 days after receipt of order.

 

Drop Shipments

Customers with multiple drop-shipments will be charged $5 for each additional ship-to-address plus appropriate shipping charges.

 

Overrun/Underrun

For stock orders exact quantities are shipped, for custom die cutting & letterpressing orders there is a 10%
over/under run policy.

 

Printable Seed Paper

Because of the material there are limitations to the printability of our seeded paper. Minimum ink coverage is recommended. For larger quantity orders, expect longer production times.

 

Letterpress Printing

Letterpressed printing is a term for the “relief” printing of text and images using a press with a “type-high bed” in which a reversed, raised surface is inked and then pressed into a sheet of paper in order to obtain a positive right reading image.

International Shipments

Customer must provide UPS or Fed Ex number for all international shipments.
